Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through PayFast, South Africa's leading payment gateway. EFT payments are available for Business and Enterprise plans.
Are there annual billing discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly payments. Contact us for annual pricing details.
What happens if I exceed my user limit?
You can purchase extra user slots at R99 per user per month from your billing page, or upgrade to the next plan for more capacity. We never cut off access — we will notify you and give you time to adjust.
What if I need more storage?
Every plan includes generous storage for proof uploads and documents. If you need more, storage add-ons are available from R29/month (5 GB) and can be added or removed at any time from your billing page.
Can I add extra users without upgrading?
Yes. Every paid plan lets you purchase additional user slots at R99 per user per month. Add or remove extra users at any time from your billing page. The cost is added to your monthly bill automatically.
How do I manage my storage?
Your billing page shows a detailed storage breakdown. You can free up space by deleting old proof uploads and documents from the Data Management section, or purchase storage add-ons starting at R29/month for 5 GB.
Is my data portable?
Yes. You own your data. Export everything — tasks, proof files, audit trails, and reports — at any time in standard formats.
